New Art and an Interview with The Isthmus

I have added a few new prints to my art shop, from some of my older art. They are a little random, not "fitting" within the style of portraiture that I have been doing, but I am usually pretty random in my art style.

I have also been interviewed for the Isthmus Daily Page, which is Madison's local newspaper. I always hate how I sound in interviews but you can read it here anyway.

I love these artworks! Nothing wrong with random. Congrats on the interview, too, that is awesome. Gonna check it out next!

Thanks for the shout-out. You did a great job on your interview... so much nicer when they interview by email, isn't it? Love your little love notes by the way.

great pieces!

random. i *get* random. my writing prof used to always ask me about why i was changing my style depending on my mood.

random reminds me of his comments in green in, scrawled in his messy-writers-handwriting: "yet another style for you. what's up?"

do you find you're the same way?

Congrats on the interview! That's great!
I totally understand about the randomness. My work is really random most of the time. I feel like I get kinda bored with one thing, and I want to go to something different. Then I do that for a little while, and move on to another thing, or back to the thing I started with :)

I think it's good though. Keeps things looking fresh...even if they aren't :)
