We decided to stay home for Easter this year, and I made a delicious Ham with Pineapple and Mustard Glaze (recipe via Martha Stewart), Roasted Asparagus, Twice Baked Potatoes with Greek Yogurt (Martha Stewart again) Yams, Deviled Eggs and Coconut Bunny Cake for dessert. It was just Nathaniel, Maya, Dave (Maya's biodad) and I and it was really really nice, small and stress free.
